Who we are
RevivalVisits ("we", "us") is operated by Data 486 LLC. We provide software that congregations use to schedule revival visits and meals and to let members sign up for those visits. You can reach us at data_486@icloud.com.
Information we collect
- Congregation admin accounts. When a pastor or church leader registers, we store their name, email address, and a securely hashed password, along with the congregation name they create.
- Schedule and visit data. Schedules, dates, visit times, labels, contact names and phone numbers that admins choose to enter, and visibility settings.
- Public booking information. When a member signs up for a visit on a public schedule link, we store the name they enter and, where the schedule enables it, an optional meal description and a home/church preference. Members do not create accounts.
- Payment information. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers; we store only the subscription status and identifiers Stripe returns to us.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) used to operate and secure the service.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects aggregate usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type) to help us understand and improve the site. IP addresses are anonymized, and we do not send the names or contact details entered on booking forms to Google Analytics.
How we use it
We use this information to run schedules, display visit availability, let members book, send transactional email (such as password resets and billing receipts), process subscription payments, and keep the service secure. We also use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal information, and we have turned off Google's advertising features — your information is not used for advertising.
Who can see booked names
On the public sign-up page, a booked visit shows the name the member entered when booking, so the congregation can see who is coming. Public schedule links are unguessable tokens; share them only with people you intend to invite.
Service providers
We share data only with the providers needed to run the service: Stripe (payment processing), our email delivery provider (transactional email), our hosting provider (application and database hosting), an off-site backup provider (encrypted database backups), and Google Analytics (website usage measurement). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
Retention and deletion
We keep schedule and booking data for as long as the congregation's account is active. Admins can delete schedules and bookings at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the address above; we will remove it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records (for example, billing records) to meet legal obligations.
Security
Passwords are hashed, traffic is served over HTTPS, and access to each congregation's data is restricted to its admins. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information entrusted to us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address above.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
