Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using RevivalVisits (the "Service"), operated by Data 486 LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a congregation, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

2. The Service

The Service lets congregation admins create revival schedules and visits and lets members sign up for those visits through public links. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. As a congregation admin, you are responsible for the schedules you publish, the people you invite as additional admins, and the personal information of members that you collect and display. You agree to obtain any consent required to collect and show member names within your congregation.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed per congregation at $50 per year (or the price shown at checkout), charged through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Promotional codes (such as a free first year) apply as described at checkout and renew at the standard price afterward unless cancelled.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, to upload content you do not have the right to share, to harass others, or to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other congregations' data.

6. Member bookings

Members book visits without creating accounts. The congregation that publishes a schedule is the party responsible for the member information entered on it and for how booked names are displayed, subject to the schedule's visibility setting.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and design, belongs to us. Your congregation's content (schedules, visits, bookings) remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect the Service or others.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located there.

11. Changes and contact
